IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

✅ Camp Availability:

To secure your spot, click your camp’s link and complete the online registration. Registration forms are due on the first day of camp, but submitting a form alone does not guarantee enrollment—your child’s spot is only reserved once online registration is complete. If a link isn’t working, please email us at camps@hiddenhillsranch.org to be placed on the waitlist for your desired camp.

✅ Deposits & Payments:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at sign-up. The remaining balance will be invoiced separately via QuickBooks. Please watch for an email with your invoice.

✅ Registration Packets:

A registration packet will be sent via email to prevent last-minute rushes. If your child was enrolled in Fall ‘24 or Spring ‘25 classes, no additional paperwork is needed. All other campers must complete and return a registration packet on the first day of camp.

✅ Charter School Payments (Yosemite Charter School Students ONLY):

If using charter school funds, submit a PO request by May 15. Any remaining balance will be invoiced separately. A welcome email with registration forms will be sent before camp starts. This option is available for Weeks 1-4.Questions? Email us at classes@hiddenhillsranch.org.

✅ Full-Day Campers:

If your child is attending both morning & afternoon camps, we provide free supervision during lunch—just pack a meal!
